This is the killer one Dude, I love the top one ,below eyelevel, Wow! Its HOT!!!. Awesome work man, I keep visiting ur page very often, infact daily, and I have all ur sketches saved. Great, Keep it up.
I love the WOODLESS pencil. Thanks for the tip. It is hard to get used to the softness of the 6b though. Do you ever sketch with a light blue pencil first or do you just GO FOR IT!!
Dude these are great sketches! Your work always inspires whether it be gladiators, cowboys, pirates or even bears! Oh yes and I'm also enjoying your sketchbook "Bits & Pieces." Really good stuff!!
Wow, really amazing! I like it how you got the form by roughing out the under-drawing loosely then using a more sharpened edge to finish up. I need to learn how to do that ;_;

Great life and feel in these poses. Nice and loose, great stuff.
Those are awesome John!! The first one convays such a feeling of menacing opposition!! That's really hard to achieve in a drawing! Kudos!!
I'm taking you out of my 'buddy' category, and placing you into 'hero worship' category. lol
